After a two-week trial, the third brother was awarded the $2,000,000, the mandatory cash flow distributions and entitlement to prejudgment interest and attorney fees. After trial, our client was deeded the family farm where he was raised and $1,000,000 in cash to resolve the dispute.
Today, our client is harvesting his first crop on the family farm.
